Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
